How long does shipping take?

Everything is shipped from Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Regular shop orders will usually ship within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

United States:
Lettermail - no tracking -3-4 weeks
Tracked Packet - USA - 2-3 weeks

Rest of world:
Lettermail INTL - no tracking - 4-6 weeks
Tracked Packet INTL - 3-4 weeks

Canada
Lettermail - no tracking - 1-2 weeks
Tracking - 1-2 weeks

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders to EU over 150 EUR will be split into separate packages under 150 EUR to avoid extra duties.

I'm not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or other fees applied to your order during shipment. All customs, duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Lost and damaged goods

I can't do much if an untracked order got lost in the mail. Once it left my hands it's all up to Canada Post.
If your tracked order gets lost in the mail, I am happy to help you replace or find it. Usually the package is considered lost after 14 days of no updates
I cannot refund orders that arrive safely to you, unless there is a defective product, in which case please email me and I'll send you a replacement.
