Lost and damaged goods

I can't do much if an untracked order got lost in the mail. Once it left my hands it's all up to Canada Post.
If your tracked order gets lost in the mail, I am happy to help you replace or find it. Usually tracked order is considered lost after 14 days of no updates.
I cannot refund orders that arrive safely to you, unless there is a defective product, in which case please email me shopelvche@gmail.com and I'll send you a replacement.

Refunds

Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for paying return shipping.

Restocking
Returned items are not restocked.
