Refund policy

I can't do much if an untracked order got lost in the mail. Once it left my hands it's all up to Canada Post.
If your tracked order gets lost in the mail, I am happy to help you replace or find it.
I cannot refund orders that arrive safely to you, unless there is a defective product, in which case please email me and I'll send you a replacement.
